Harry Bhavnani

CEO, Sales & Marketing

Harry has a degree in Hospitality and Travel Industry management from Hawaii Pacific University. He has several years of experience operating several branded , boutique and a hugely successful Corporate Housing business in the North East. He is an experienced operator of several branded hotels including Fairfield Inn by Marriott, Holiday Inn Express , Comfort Inn & Ramada Inn

David Cantando

Financial Controller

David brings over 30 years of experience in the Hospitality business . In the past he has worked as a GM , regional head , financial controller and Operations head for several large hotels under Interstate Hotels and several other hotel management companies. His sound understanding of the markets, business and operations make him perfectly suited for controlling all the major financial transactions at the Org level as well as the property level.

Andy Mothalampet

HR & Legal

Andy has been involved with the operations of Allcity Hospitality from the early days and is a very astute investor as well as operator. In his role as the HR head , he brings his strong Hospitality business acumen to Human resources and legal aspects of the entire portfolio. He interacts with all the regulatory bodies to ensure that all the properties in the portfolio are in compliance with the local as well as federal laws. Andy has a degree in Hotel Management from the acclaimed EHL Swiss School of Tourism and Hospitality.

Sunny Chopra

Sunny has over 20 year of experience buying and operating Hotel and Multi-family properties all across the country. He has successfully turned around several value add hotels and multi-family properties . His total transaction value of over $75Million in the last 15 years has helped establish the Allcity Hospitality group as a well recognized name amongst its several investors.

Ed Vandenack

Director of Operations

BA, CHA - Ed brings to the table over 25 years of experience in Hotel business. in the past as the Founder and President of The Edge Hospitality Management, Inc. has developed and managed more than two dozen successful hotel properties across the country. His expertise in the finer details of hospitality and management allow him to deliver high quality guest experiences within a sound financial framework to ensure the properties under him meet the expectations of both guests and investors alike.

Atul Malhotra

Accounting Head

Atul Malhotra is the chief Accountant at the organization . He manages Accounting and accountants for the entire portfolio of properties.
